which he was platoon sergeant. He still acted like a
platoon sergeant but he was the best of the lot. He became
a Fire Department captain in Fitchburg, Massachesetts, after

Also survived by two daughters, Mrs Donna Marie Myers of Scranton & Mrs Marguerite Gaidula of Taylor; two sons, Gerry & R Dennis of Scranton; two sisters, Mrs Joseph Sample of Dunmore & Mrs Ralph Fries of Moscow; eight grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
